Inclusion Support for
Parents and Families
Helping You Advocate for an Inclusive Education
Figuring out how to get what your child needs at school shouldn't be this hard, but for so many parents, it does.
If you're here, you've probably been doing a lot of googling, emailing, asking around, and wondering if you're "doing it right"—all while trying to show up for your kid every day. It's a lot. And you shouldn't have to figure it out alone.
That's where I come in.

I work with parents like you to reduce the confusion and make this process clearer and less overwhelming. Whether you're preparing for your first IEP meeting, wondering if your child is getting the right support, or trying to make your child's school more inclusive, I'm here to help you feel confident and informed every step of the way.

And here's the thing—I don't think parents should have to pay for this help. I believe schools should invest in partnering with families and building more inclusive environments for every child. That's why my work with parents often leads to working with schools directly. Sometimes, it starts with a parent asking the school to bring me in—and that one connection can lead to real, lasting change for not just your child but the entire school community.
How I Support Parents
1:1 Guidance
Every family's situation is different. Sometimes, you need help understanding what your child's rights are. Other times, you need someone to review your child's IEP or discuss what "inclusion" actually looks like in practice.

Our work together might include:

-
Breaking down IEPs and school plans so they make sense.
-
Talking through accommodations and what's realistic in your child's classroom.
-
Helping you prepare for meetings so you can speak up with confidence.
-
Problem-solving when things aren't working—because sometimes, even when a school is trying, the plan still doesn't fit.

You don't have to know all the right terms or have it all figured out. You just need to care about your child—which you already do. We'll handle the rest together.
Connecting Families and Schools
While I work directly with parents, my ultimate goal is supporting schools to become more inclusive. Often, parents are the ones who start that conversation.

If you think your child's school could benefit from more support around inclusion, I can work with you to approach the school and explore ways I can work with their team. Sometimes, it starts with a single meeting or a workshop, and sometimes, it grows into an ongoing partnership where I coach the school team on how to create classrooms where all kids—yours included—feel like they belong.

When schools pay for my services, it's not just a win for your child. It's an investment in making sure every student in that school has the chance to be included and supported.
